Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC seeks a Facilities Construction Manager to lead complex installation and construction projects in Santa Clara, CA. You will mentor junior Construction Managers, coordinate bids, budgets, and schedules, and ensure safety, compliance, and documentation across multiple disciplines.

The role requires a college degree with extensive industry experience (engineering preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, and advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• College degree with 10+ years of industry experience or 15+ years, engineering field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols.
• Experience interfacing with members of various departments.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication ability.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior-level Construction Managers.
• Coordinate installation and construction projects; develop RFP/SOW and budgets.
• Obtain bids, develop budgets, and manage schedules with vendors.
• Ensure safety, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and building code compliance.
• Create and review checklists, documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Manage project plans, progress tracking, and close-out documentation.
• Interface with client and management; resolve policy and scheduling questions.
• Oversee safety walks, decontamination, and push for continuous improvement.
