Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 7–10 years of semiconductor engineering, product development, or related roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NPI, engineering change management, and documentation control.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities for customer projects across development, qualification and production phases.
- Drive NPI and support product lifecycle management to align with schedules and customer requirements.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
