Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States seeks a highly skilled engineer to design semiconductor devices and drive CMOS technology development.

You will set up lab measurements, collect data, and contribute to process integration and device modeling. The role requires an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in electrical engineering or materials science, strong data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline. PhD is preferred.
  • Expertise in lab measurement and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills, good communicator and team player

Responsibilities

  • Design semiconductor devices and define process DOE splits in the fab
  • Setup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as needed
  • Experience with CMOS technology development, characterization, modeling, or process integration.
  • Experience with semiconductor device characterization, device physics, and TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar)
  • Define optimum process and device layouts
  • Support technology qualification and implementation for new products
  • Support production ramp up of new technologies and products
