The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in management, deep semiconductor experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a management role.
• Strong background in Semiconductor Services and equipment.
• Strong business acumen.
• Customer-friendly, presentable representation.
• Comfortable engaging with all levels in organizations.
• Proficient in clear email/letters and presentations.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring ability.
• Strategic thinker with high-level problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as account owner for Strategic OEM Customer Account.
• Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers responsible for supporting business at customer locations and sites.
• Implement account management initiatives and ensure resources are available to support initiatives.
• Report on KPI’s and metrics to Customer & internal executives.
• Provide technical mentoring and leadership to Operations Management teams.
• Drive high standards to achieve quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Coordinate and participate in site meetings between business teams and customers.
• Pursue business development opportunities in support of the business development team.
• Manage, supervise, coordinate and monitor employee and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards for staff/contractors.
