CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Energy Engineering Consultant to guide energy teams at large commercial, institutional and industrial facilities through continuous improvement. You will coach staff to identify, evaluate and implement energy savings while managing multiple engagements with a strong focus on central plants, HVAC, lighting and process loads.

The role blends technical and people skills to create lasting energy management practices and measurable savings across client sites in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, facilities or industrial operations at large sites.
• Proven project management skills with multi-project handling.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coach facility teams to adopt SEM practices and sustain savings.
• Deliver SEM engagements per CA SEM Design Guide, including workshops and baselining.
• Manage multiple projects with schedules, milestones and savings goals.
• Facilitate training workshops and site energy audits.
• Analyze system and process performance using data and monitoring.
• Write clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build client trust and show SEM value to sustain engagement.
• Mentor junior coaches and refine SEM tools.
