Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Sr. Principal SEIT Lead for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
This position will be located on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma & Melbourne, Florida. We are seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering leader to drive the technical execution of a high visibility IC S contract within the Operations and Sustainment BU.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with fewer years
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher with a background investigation completed within last 6 years or in CE
- Ability to obtain SAP clearance within business needs
- Experience executing Systems Engineering lifecycle and SETRs
- Experience with BOE development
- Experience briefing technical presentations to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic SE process reviews and present at IC S PMRs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (RCA, lessons learned)
- Direct day-to-day execution of SE disciplines
- Mentor a multidisciplinary SE team
- Ensure deliverables are complete and aligned with milestones
- Contribute to long-term proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
- Oversee SEIT BOEs and verify them during execution
