Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Lead to own the technical execution of software demonstrations for classified government customers.

You will translate mission needs into demo-ready capabilities, define requirements and architecture, run integration and test, and deliver demonstrations on tight timelines in secure environments. You will bridge program management, software development, and the customer, ensuring work is traceable to customer needs and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years in systems engineering; 5+ years in integration and test of software-intensive systems.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role on DoD or IC programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering demos, prototypes, or rapid capability efforts to government customers.
• Experience with RMF/ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software demo efforts from concept through customer demonstration and after-action reporting.
• Turn customer mission needs, CONOPS, and use cases into system requirements, demo objectives, and success criteria.
• Own system architecture and interface definitions (ICDs), coordinating across software, data, and third-party components.
• Build and run integration and test plans, test procedures, and verification matrices (RVTM).
• Plan and run demo events: environment setup, dry runs, rehearsals, go/no-go reviews, on-site support.
• Maintain integration and test environments on classified networks and in SCIFs, coordinating with security/IT for accreditations.
• Lead technical reviews (SRRs, TRRs) and present to customer stakeholders at the appropriate technical depth.
• Manage technical risk, configuration baselines, and change control across development cycles for demonstrations.
