Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise evaluating feasibility of sediment remediation technologies and design sediment remediation for various settings.
• Understand principles of sediment and contaminant transport, site assessment, sampling/monitoring, cap modeling, dredge approaches, and remedial action design/construction.
• Support mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Act as task manager on complex sediment sites, communicating technical strategy to clients and interacting with SMEs.
