Job summary

Fastly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager focused on Fastly Security products in North America.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Security Research to lead strategic security initiatives for our enterprise customers. As a TAM, you will build deep relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams, deliver tailored security recommendations, and help scale our Security TAM program through workshops, playbooks, and enablement

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong expertise in application and web security, including WAFs, bot mitigation, DDoS protection, OWASP Top 10, and API security.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Build deep relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Provide tailored security recommendations aligned to each customer's infrastructure and needs.
• Advocate for customer needs and feedback with Product, Engineering, Support, and Leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution of security issues and investigations.
