Job summary

CBX Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of architectural doors, frames, hardware, and security integration, is seeking a Service Technician in western PA. You will repair and maintain access control devices, cameras, and low‑voltage cabling at project sites, with travel as needed.

The role requires at least 3 years in physical security, IT, or electronics, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security, IT, or electronics.
• Experience configuring access control and surveillance systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain access control devices and electrified door hardware.
• Install, service and maintain cameras.
• Install, service and maintain cable pathway systems for security and networks.
• Maintain company-owned equipment.
• Work in a team environment with service staff.
• Follow safety rules and best practices.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and collaborate.
