Job summary

Superior Alarm Systems (SAS) in the Bay Area is seeking a Technician IV to act as the senior technical authority on commercial installation projects. You own the field from mobilization to closeout and set the standard for workmanship on pharma campuses, entertainment studios, and industrial environments.

You will plan, coordinate installation activities for crews, and mentor Tech I–III while collaborating with Project Managers on scheduling and risk management.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on commercial security installation in enterprise environments.
Experience leading field installation teams on active commercial sites.
Ability to read engineered drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Direct experience with Genetec, Lenel, or Bosch systems.

Responsibilities

Lead field projects from mobilization to closeout and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Install, terminate, and commission access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
Coordinate across Tech I–III teams and collaborate with Project Managers.
Document work and maintain SAS quality standards.
