Job summary

Digi Security Systems is seeking an experienced Security Systems Service Technician for the Tulsa, OK area. This role focuses on skilled service, troubleshooting, and programming of access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems. Expect expert work and strong communication with Partners and internal teams.

Rate of pay is dependent on experience, with benefits including health plans, 401k, and training paid by the company. On-site position with company tools provided.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in commercial security systems.
• Expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems.
• Experience in programming and troubleshooting security systems.

Responsibilities

• Service: professionally service access control, CCTV, and motion/intrusion/alarm systems and train Partners on solutions.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose issues on Partner systems and provide diagnostic reports to the Service Coordinator.
• Programming: ensure systems are programmed to high standards and customized to Partner needs.
• Communication: clearly communicate progress with Partners and internal staff.
• Documentation: complete service close out docs for invoicing.
