Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of law enforcement, military, or security-related field.
• Fully competent in protecting property and people.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment processes.
• Strong knowledge of security incident prevention strategies.
• Familiar with major security regulatory compliance programs.
• Understanding of investigative interviewing and fact-finding processes.

Responsibilities

• Establishes security strategies and protection priorities at sites and along distribution channels.
• Manages facility security programs and security personnel per protocols.
• Ensures compliance with applicable security regulations.
• Participates in Security Risk/Vulnerability Assessments and mitigates vulnerabilities.
• Implements Anti-Violence Workplace policies.
• Supports Business Conduct investigations by handling quality investigations.
• Interacts with law enforcement and government agencies.
