Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree counts as four years of experience; Associate's degree counts as two years.
• SFPC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 1 year of experience.
• SPED Certifications max 3 years total (1 year per cert; not to exceed 3).
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintenance of a document accountability database and related logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for administrative functions and document control.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files and PARs for access eligibility.
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain personnel security files and transfer data in security systems.
• Support security awareness programs and SOP compliance.
• Review and monitor security clearance processing activities with government personnel.
• Participate in Air Force SAP security inspections.
• Lead and mentor team members.
