Job summary

Targeted Solutions, LLC is seeking an Activity Security Representative III to provide multi-disciplined security support for facilities and programs, including SCI and SAP activities and day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes classification reviews, access control, data management, and compliance with security procedures, with readiness for inspections and training support. A Top-Secret clearance is required, with willingness for polygraph testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years SAP experience.
• SFPC counts towards experience and SPSC counts towards experience.
• Top-Secret clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Provide reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control and security activities.
• Assist with SAP access procedures and PAR processing.
• Escort visitors and manage badges and access control.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections and support security awareness programs.
• Lead, mentor, and perform quality assurance for team members.
