Qualifications

• Ability to lead pre-sales and post-sales technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting comprehensive security assessments and designing tailored security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential clients' needs, market trends, and industry demands to create customized services and solutions using available security-related products, technologies, and services.
• Provide technical consultation, recommendations, and guidance to clients based on market insights, security best practices, and business requirements.
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical projects by coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful completion.
• Conduct security assessments for IIJ America's primary customers and design tailored security systems and processes.
• Build, maintain, and upgrade security technologies such as log analysis tools, endpoint security, and network security solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to plan and implement cybersecurity product sales.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues across IT systems; provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers during project execution and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain thorough records and provide progress updates to leadership.
