Job summary

Sandy Mac Evolution is seeking an Activity Security Representative III at Andrews AFB, MD. The role provides day-to-day security support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities, including reviews, documentation control, and access management.

Requirements include 5-7 years related experience, SAP experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and TS/SCI eligibility with possible polygraph. DoD SAPCO training may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience
• SAP experience desired
• Bachelor's degree counts as four years of experience; Associate's degree counts as two years
• SFPC counts towards 1 year of experience
• SPSC counts towards 1 year of experience
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years
• One year experience for each separate SPED Certification; not to exceed three (3) years

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization
• Day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities
• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Maintain a document accountability database and associated correspondence
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain daily logs for document control
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
• Maintain customer database contacts
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Prepare facility access control badges
• Conduct entry/exit inspections
• Maintain facility access control systems
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System
• Maintain personnel security files
• Follow customer SOPs
• Provide security awareness and education
