Job summary

Sandy Mac Evolution is seeking an Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplinary security support at a customer facility. Responsibilities include day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities, classification reviews, access control, and data handling under TS/SCI eligibility requirements.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of related experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and may need polygraph considerations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)

Responsibilities

• Perform classification reviews of inbound/outbound correspondence
• Assist in maintaining document accountability databases
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts
• Maintain logs for document control and security activities
• Assist with security awareness and education programs
• Review and monitor security clearance processing activities with government personnel
• Escort visitors and maintain access control logs
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections
• Perform data entry in security databases and maintain personnel access information
• Conduct indoctrinations and ensure SOPs are followed
