Sandy Mac Evolution is seeking a Program Security Representative III in Arlington, VA. The role provides day-to-day multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and related policies.

The position requires 10–12 years of related experience (SFPC counted up to 5 years), plus 2+ years SAP experience. TS/SCI eligibility and polygraph considerations may apply. On-site, full-time.

Competenze

• 10–12 years related experience (SFPC counts toward no more than 5 years).
• 2+ years SAP experience.
• TS/SCI eligibility with in-scope BI or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation or in-scope open PR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years).

Mansioni

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data.
• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop, implement, and train the OPS security program.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security policies and systems.
• Brief government and civilian staff on security topics.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel and oversee facility reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor security team members.
