Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Systems Security Manager to lead security strategy and programs in support of critical ISR and aviation systems. You will manage a team of security professionals, oversee high-stakes projects, and ensure compliance with DoD and NIST frameworks while communicating security posture to executive leadership.

The role requires TS clearance, strong leadership, and deep RMF/JSIG knowledge, with the ability to coordinate SAP/SCIF operations and interface with CSSOs and Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems security or related field.
• 11+ years IT security experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience leading security teams and programs.
• Experience with SAPF/SCIF environments.
• Knowledge of RMF, JSIG, NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic security initiatives.
• Lead a team of senior security professionals.
• Oversee high-stakes security projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Monitor threats and incidents and respond.
• Coordinate SAP-related security incidents per DoDM 5205.07 and SAPF/SCIF procedures.
