Job summary

MSCCN in Dallas, TX seeks a seasoned Security Strategy & Risk Management leader to shape physical security programs across aviation, manufacturing, and global operations. You will drive threat and risk assessments, develop prioritized mitigations, and lead continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee security operations, incident management, governance, policy, and compliance, partnering with leadership, law enforcement, and external stakeholders to strengthen resilience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years in physical security operations and security management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations, investigations, and incident response.
• Support emergency preparedness and post-incident reviews to strengthen resiliency.
• Oversee Travel Security Program during emergencies, including briefings and risk analyses.
• Serve as security liaison to site senior leadership and communicate risks and status.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and external partners.
• Foster security awareness through training and proactive engagement.
• Oversee development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate security initiatives across multiple locations and balance priorities.
