Job summary

enVista Corp. is seeking an Information Security Operations Lead/Manager to drive day-to-day security operations and lead a small team of analysts. You will manage incident response, containment, and remediation while collaborating with Infrastructure and Modern Workplace teams.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in SOC/IR, strong SIEM/SOAR expertise, and hands-on experience with EDR, email security, and security automation. This role is hybrid, based in Carmel, IN, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Security Operations Center or Incident Response teams.
• Strong background in SIEM/SOAR operations, incident response, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Security Operations activities including ticket handling, incident triage, containment and remediation.
• Lead incident response investigations and coordinate with leadership while maintaining confidentiality.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of core security tools (EDR, NDR, email security, SIEMs).
• Develop repeatable security operations processes and drive automation initiatives.
