Pearson's Security Operations Center is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to lead day-to-day operations, drive improvements, and advance detection across Pearson’s environments.

You will own incident response, automation, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering actionable insights, executive reports, and ensuring compliance with standards.

This hybrid role requires on-call rotation and close partnership with risk and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, incident response, and detection engineering (4+ years).
• Hands-on with SOAR, EDR, NDR, and SIEM technologies.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced SOC operations, including incident detection, triage, containment, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimize detection logic, playbooks, and automated response workflows.
