Polsinelli PC is seeking a Manager of Security Operations in San Francisco, CA to lead the firm’s cybersecurity operations, guiding threat detection, incident response, DLP, and vulnerability management. You will act as primary incident commander during major security events and drive timely remediation.

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and a risk-based approach to protecting information assets and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Experience managing significant cybersecurity incidents and coordinating cross-functional incident response activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including threat detection and incident response.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response activities to minimize risk.
• Develop security procedures, incident response playbooks, and operational metrics.
