Job summary

Polsinelli PC is hiring a Manager of Security Operations to lead and manage the organization’s cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, email security, and secure enterprise applications.

This role provides operational leadership for security monitoring, investigation and response to identify and remediate threats in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience including security operations and incident response.
• Experience managing significant cybersecurity incidents and coordinating cross-functional incident response.
• Knowledge of enterprise security architectures, endpoint, identity, network and cloud security.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, vulnerability scanning, email security and ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response and data loss prevention.
• Serve as primary incident commander during significant cybersecurity incidents and coordinate cross-functional response.
• Provide operational leadership for security monitoring, investigation and response.
• Protect organization’s information assets, technology infrastructure and sensitive data.
