Job summary

Polsinelli PC seeks a Manager of Security Operations to lead daily cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, DLP, vulnerability management, and securing enterprise applications. You will serve as incident commander during significant cybersecurity incidents, coordinating technical response activities and resources to minimize risk and disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive cybersecurity/infosec experience, with hands-on ops, IR, and vulnerability mgmt.
• Experience managing significant incidents and coordinating cross-functional IR activities.
• Working knowledge of enterprise security architectures, endpoint protection, identity, network, cloud security, and monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response coordination.
• Act as primary incident commander during major cybersecurity incidents.
• Manage threat detection, DLP, vulnerability management, and secure enterprise apps.
• Develop procedures, playbooks, metrics, and management reporting.
