Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Security Operations Engineer II to join our Information Security team in a senior capacity. You will analyze, design, implement, and monitor security controls across our systems and data, ensuring robust protection and compliant operations.

The role emphasizes incident response, threat management, and collaboration with business units to implement Secure Development Lifecycle practices, disaster recovery, and security training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information security, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or related experience.
• CISSP certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and threat management.
• Experience with security frameworks, cryptography, network security, and security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Experience in risk assessments and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, monitor, and evaluate security systems.
• Provide Tier 2 support for secure remote access and cryptographic controls.
• Contribute to Secure Development Lifecycle processes and vulnerability management.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning, incident response, and security policy development.
