Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of law enforcement and/or military experience is required.
• Aviation compliance experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all security operations for a high-profile client.
• Serve as primary liaison between Securitas and the client; build relationships.
• Translate client expectations into clear operational plans; ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop a diverse management team; set performance standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and administrative functions for sites.
• Conduct inspections; ensure contract, policy, and aviation compliance where applicable.
• Partner with HR, Training, Compliance to align operations with objectives.
• Drive financial performance; protect profitability and resources.
• Respond to emergencies and critical incidents outside normal hours.
