Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Senior Security Manager (SSL) to lead security operations for a key client account in Merritt Island, FL. You will be the primary liaison, ensuring contract and policy compliance while delivering safe, reliable services and protecting profitability.

Responsibilities include guiding security teams, managing staffing and scheduling, conducting inspections, and collaborating with HR, Training, and Compliance to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field required.
• 5-7 years of law enforcement and/or military experience required.
• Aviation compliance experience highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and 100% client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop management and security teams, including recruiting, hiring, and retaining top operational talent.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational goals and provide updates to senior leadership using Salesforce and performance metrics.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and administrative functions for assigned sites.
• Conduct inspections and ensure full contract, policy, and aviation compliance where applicable.
• Partner with internal teams (HR, Training, Compliance) to align operations with company objectives and client expectations.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate performance goals; oversee performance reviews, professional development, and improvement plans.
• Identify and address performance or knowledge gaps; ensure required training completion and promote continuous learning.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and recognize success.
• Support and drive financial performance of the account, including protecting profitability and managing resources effectively.
• Respond to emergencies and critical incidents outside normal business hours as needed.
