Job summary

United Network For Organ Sharing is seeking a highly technical senior information security professional to lead our security operations team and serve as the enterprise Information Security Architect. This manager-level role directs a 24/7 security operations team, shaping the security posture and integrating controls across UNOS’ technology stack.

You will partner with Architecture, Operations and Engineering to deliver on critical initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years in information and cyber security; 2+ years managing a 24/7 security/technical operations team preferred.
Strong ability to design and implement complex infrastructure and security controls.
Experience leading security tool deployments and coordinating with architecture and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead 24/7 security operations team and enterprise information security architecture.
Design and integrate information security systems into UNOS technology architecture.
Partner with Architecture, Operations and Engineering to deliver on initiatives.
Develop and maintain cyber security posture and roadmaps.
Guide secure development lifecycle with early security design reviews.
Evaluate business need for security systems and adjust architecture roadmap.
Develop security solutions by analyzing requirements and technologies.
Stay current with information security technologies and trends.
Oversee Security Incident Response program and provide regular training/testing.
