Lockheed Martin’s Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a Security Manager/Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO)/Facility Security Officer to safeguard Sensitive Compartmented Information and warfighting capabilities. You will lead a small security team and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires TS/SCI, DoD security knowledge, and strong communication. Expect after-hours and weekend duties as needed to support mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience as Security Manager or CSSO/FSO.
• Knowledge of DoD security regulations (NISPOM, CFR 32 Part 117, SAP/SCI manuals).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to after-hours and weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a security team across multiple contracts (3+ personnel).
• Serve as CSSO/FSO ensuring inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facilities security, investigations, and program protection activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance, and discipline for security staff.
