Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security or related field and 5 years' security management experience.
• Ten+ years in corporate security with crisis management exposure preferred.
• Experience partnering to develop crisis management strategies in large manufacturing or logistics settings.
• Experience supervising security personnel and managing third-party security vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continually improve physical security for sites/locations.
• Manage contract security guard force, budgeting, and vendor oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and Corporate requirements.
• Develop site awareness programs on Safety & Security.
