Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum six years of progressive experience in corporate/industrial security or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing security personnel or cross-functional teams.
• Experience with investigations and security incidents.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and physical security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations across four Austin-area facilities and contract providers.
• Develop site security plans aligned with corporate objectives and business needs.
• Conduct site risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, and security analytics systems.
• Manage investigations, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Partner with leaders to balance security requirements with operational needs.
• Develop security metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop security staff for succession and performance.
