Job summary

Textron Systems, located at Hill AFB, Utah, seeks a seasoned security professional to oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with NISP and DoD directives. The role requires managing access, creating SOPs for secure environments, and delivering security training.

The ideal candidate will have final DoD Top Secret clearance, extensive FSO/ACSSO experience, and strong knowledge of DISS/NISS/JADE/SIMS/e-QIP. Onsite support and collaboration with customers and sponsors are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years work experience.
• Must have final DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Prior experience as an FSO/AFSO, as well as a CSSO/ACSSO.
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily security operations and ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Oversee access control to the main facility and compartmented areas.
• Establish and implement Standard Practice Procedures for each secure environment.
• Provide security education, training, and awareness for staff in each space.
