Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is seeking a Sr. Security Lead – DC to safeguard our distribution center and support a strong safety culture. You will coach teams, implement security programs, and collaborate with the Regional Safety Manager to meet policy standards.

You will lead security training, conduct new hire orientations, and manage staffing schedules while coordinating with Operations and leadership to address security incidents and ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement security programs to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
• Facilitate security training sessions and coach team members on daily security protocols.
• Conduct Security New Hire Orientations in collaboration with Human Resources and Operations.
• Develop and manage security staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on operational needs.
• Lead by example with a robust safety-first mindset and maintain high facility security standards.
