Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3 years equivalent preferred.
• Four years of law enforcement, physical security or infrastructure security plus supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge Areas: Law Enforcement; Leadership Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations as Shift Supervisor and leads the department leadership team.
• Maintains security and safety for Bank employees, facilities and assets; monitors surveillance and access control.
• Performs training, certifications as required, and administers performance evaluations.
• Develops and implements program supervision and compliance oversight for multiple offices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
