Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a security team on a specific shift at an Atlanta site. The role involves coordinating services, supervising officers, and acting as liaison with site leadership and the Account Manager.

The position requires strong communication, crisis management, and reporting skills, with a starting pay of $19 per hour and a Monday–Friday evening schedule (2pm–10pm).

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• 2+ years of prior supervisor experience in security industry.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching.
• Coordinate delivery of security services on the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Ensure professional conduct within empowerment guidelines.
• Prepare written reports and logs as required.
