Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a seasoned professional in security investigations to manage cases, interview staff, and maintain comprehensive reports. The role involves coordinating with law enforcement and internal stakeholders to address policy violations and potential criminal activity, while ensuring compliant, data-driven investigations.

You will work with Compliance and Risk Management to design system-wide strategies and stay current with evolving laws, regulations, and reporting requirements

Qualifications

• For hires after June 1, 2025, NC/GA division requires a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field.
• IL and WI divisions require a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implements best practices in security investigations including case management and interview protocol.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and provide system-wide problem-solving guidance.
• Investigates internal policy violations that may be criminal.
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify patterns and recommends corrective action.
• Develops system-wide reporting strategies with Compliance and Risk teams.
• Stay informed on regulations and laws related to investigations.
