Job summary

You will supervise crews on multiple jobs, coordinate daily site activities, ensure safety and quality, and maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in fire and life safety as a technician or higher.
• 3+ years in lead or supervisory role preferred.
• NICET Level II or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual jobs or multiple installation projects, performing advanced field work.
• Coordinate daily job-site activities and support field crews for timely completion.
• Diagnose and resolve complex installation issues with safety and quality in mind.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to guide installation and testing.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure documentation, site safety, and customer satisfaction.
