Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales to address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, and risk challenges for enterprise customers.

You will lead discovery, design, and demonstrations, working with security, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders to map capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Strong networking and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related technical role.
• 5+ years of customer-facing technical or pre-sales experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy and support proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for stakeholders.
• Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases and POV findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
