Job summary

Vivid is seeking a senior Security Engineer to own and improve the security of our cloud-native environment, emphasizing SIEM, IAM, and automated controls. You will design, implement, and scale security measures across identities, endpoints, and SaaS apps, while leading incident response and security automation.

You will work in a fast-growing fintech that uses AI tools and a highly automated stack. This role requires independent initiative, strong communication with engineers and leadership,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations or endpoint engineering.
• Strong experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and IAM tooling.
• Proven automation via API tooling and scripting.
• Experience securing AI tooling and data leakage prevention.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own SIEM alerting end-to-end and tune rules.
• Lead incident response and drive to closure with runbooks.
• Administer IdP and manage access recertification across tools.
• Hunt for over-permissive access; enforce least privilege and PAM.
• Improve SaaS security posture and apply DLP controls.
• Maintain endpoints with MDM/XDR/AV; automate remediation.
• Defend against phishing; manage email gateway rules and phishing simulations.
• Build internal tooling to automate repetitive tasks.
• Own roadmap and drive improvements.
