Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
• Role onsite 5 days a week in Colorado Springs.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average.
• 3+ years in enterprise network design, deployment, or operations.
• Experience with networking concepts including routing, switching, firewalls, monitoring, and access management.
• Experience in Agile, DevSecOps, or similar iterative environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment and configuration of physical network hardware including routers and switches.
• Test, evaluate, and optimize network systems for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support hardware testing and develop custom network solutions.
• Work within a SAFe/DevSecOps environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
