Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Software Engineer III to advance security for the Oracle HCM platform within Corporate Technology HR Engineering. You’ll work with architects, engineers, and DevOps to deliver auditable security solutions across modules and live environments.

You will configure HCM security, manage role provisioning, perform SOD analyses, and apply IAM best practices while collaborating across large cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 3+ years troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services in a large-scale environment.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM security including role building and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage phased Oracle HCM implementations with integrations and live production support.
• Design and implement security solutions including function security, data security, and access control.
• Develop secure production code and review peers' code.
• Lead security projects for application development and deployment.
• Configure Oracle HCM security including SOD analysis and access resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand security needs and support informed decisions.
• Minimize security vulnerabilities by following regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Maintain security documentation and configuration workbooks for audit purposes.
• Collaborate in large cross-functional teams following SDLC and agile practices.
