Job summary

JPMorganChase in Columbus is seeking a Software Engineer III within the Corporate Technology Human Resources Engineering team to design and implement security enhancements for the Oracle HCM platform. You will work with architects, software and solutions engineers to deliver secure software that satisfies functional and user requirements for the HCM solution.

You will apply security architecture and audit-defensible methods across multiple technical areas while supporting production

Qualifications

3+ years of IT services experience in a large-scale environment.
Experience with Oracle HCM security configuration and IAM.
Experience with cloud environments (on-prem and public cloud).
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL or Python.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, JS, HTML, XML.

Responsibilities

Manage phased Oracle HCM implementations and provide production support.
Design security solutions including function security, data security, roles, and access control.
Develop secure production code and review others' code for standards compliance.
Lead security projects to enhance the HCM platform.
Configure Oracle HCM security including SOD analysis and continuous integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security needs and support decision-making.
Minimize security vulnerabilities and maintain audit-defensible documentation.
Collaborate in large cross-functional teams following SDLC and Agile practices.
