Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, OH seeks a Senior Security Engineer to design, implement, and govern a resilient security posture across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

You will lead security risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and audits, translating findings into remediation plans aligned to business risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk evaluations.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Collaborate with applications, data, and infrastructure teams to embed security.
• Drive secure-by-design in CI/CD pipelines and automation.
