The Senior Security Engineer will own and operate security platforms spanning Cloud, Endpoint, Data, IAM, Network, Email, and Application Security, partnering with IT, CISO, business units, and MSSP to meet security and regulatory objectives. The role emphasizes problem solving, continuous learning, self-starting, collaboration, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while driving

Qualifications

• Six+ years in a Security Operations and Engineering role.
• Experience with security platforms (Cloud, EDR, IAM, email security).
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon and AWS security services.
• SSO/MFA and Okta experience; DMARC/DKIM preferred.
• Experience with MSSP/SOC and SIEM (SecurityHQ, DataDog).

Responsibilities

• Security Operations and Engineering (80%).
• Ensure security platforms/services are available and well-maintained.
• Triage and respond to security alerts from SOC/SIEM, including after-hours work.
• Support security investigations as appropriate.
• Provide SME and technical stewardship across platforms.
• Develop patterns for safe, reusable security services.
• Create/maintain diagrams of security platforms and integrations.
• Use automation/AI tooling to improve detection, response, and efficiency.
• Lead incident response and drive issues to resolution.
