Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to strengthen security across our cloud and container platforms. You will collaborate with multiple teams to align security controls, perform threat modeling, and automate security tooling.

The role involves vulnerability management, compliance support, and participating in on-call rotations. You should have 4+ years in security engineering, hands-on Kubernetes security experience, and strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Terraform).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of security engineering experience with focus on infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and container platforms in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Experience with security systems (firewalls, IDS, log management, authentication).
• Experience with network security and cloud/on-prem monitoring tools.
• BS degree in CS or related field; relevant certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to enforce security controls and perform architectural reviews.
• Review designs to assess security posture and provide threat-model based recommendations.
• Develop automation to integrate security tooling across environments.
• Write documentation including policies and procedures.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning across networks, containers, and cloud environments.
• Design and implement infrastructure security controls for servers, cloud, and containers.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives (HiTrust, ISO 27001).
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
