Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to advance our security posture across cloud environments and code-driven infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement secure-by-default architectures, automate security controls, and drive resilient security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SecOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure/Oci) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automation and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership and partner teams on security risks.
• Harden cloud-native environments by secure-by-default designs and tooling.
• Own security architecture deployments using infrastructure-as-code and reusable libraries.
• Manage IAM/RBAC and unified access control across cloud environments.
