Job summary

GORILLA GLUE COMPANY is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead hands-on security design, implementation, and validation across identity, endpoints, cloud, data protection, and security operations. This onsite role in Sharonville, OH focuses on reducing risk and strengthening our cybersecurity posture by collaborating with internal teams and providers.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in security engineering, deep expertise in Microsoft 365/Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and SIEM, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive security engineering and related experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid identity, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, monitoring, and remediation validation.
• Proficient with PowerShell, KQL, APIs, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID security controls including CA, MFA, PIM.
• Operate and optimize Microsoft Defender across endpoints and cloud apps.
• Design and implement Microsoft Purview data controls.
• Maintain SIEM integrations and use KQL with Microsoft Sentinel.
• Lead security architecture reviews and risk assessments.
• Develop security automation with PowerShell, KQL, APIs.
• Establish standards, baselines, runbooks for security controls.
• Collaborate with MDR/SOC providers on escalations and telemetry gaps.
• Support OT and manufacturing cyber security integration.
