Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company in Sharonville, OH seeks a Senior Security Engineer to design, implement, and validate security controls across identity, endpoints, cloud, and governance environments. You will partner with infrastructure and security teams to reduce risk and strengthen resilience.

You will own Microsoft security platforms, including Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and SIEM tooling, while leading vulnerability management, incident response, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in security engineering, cybersecurity operations, cloud security, identity security, or related tech disciplines.
• Hands-on experience securing Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid identity, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Experience with vulnerability management, technical incident response, security monitoring, and remediation validation.
• Practical experience with PowerShell, KQL, APIs, or other scripting and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Security Platform Ownership: Administer and improve Microsoft Entra ID security controls and Defender capabilities.
• Security Engineering & Architecture: Design and implement controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Vulnerability & Exposure Management: Lead prioritization, remediation planning, and risk reporting.
• Security Operations & Incident Response: Lead investigations, coordinate with MDR/SOC providers, and communicate remediations.
